Most of what we sell gets used up and bought again — so on the products you use every day, you can choose Subscribe & save 10% instead of a one-off purchase. Here is exactly how it works, including the parts other shops put in small print.

How it works
- Choose Subscribe. On eligible product pages, choose Subscribe to save 10% instead of a one-time purchase.
- Pick how often. Every 1, 2 or 3 months. If you are not sure, most people match it to how long a pack lasts them.
- Check out as normal. Every delivery after that is automatic, at 10% off the normal price, every time — not just the first order.
You stay in control
- Skip a delivery if you are stocked up.
- Change the frequency whenever you like.
- Pause or cancel anytime — there is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no phone call needed. It is all done from your account in a couple of clicks.
The practical details
- A reminder first. We email you 3 days before each renewal, so nothing is ever a surprise.
- Delivery. Deliveries are sent with DPD and usually arrive in about three working days. UK delivery is a flat £10, free on orders over £150.
- If a payment fails. Nothing is lost (it is usually an expired card) — we email you a link to update it, and the subscription simply waits.
Good to know: Subscribe & save is not available on value bundles, accessories or items that are already reduced, and it does not combine with multi-buy savings.
