Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from AME NeoLife Supplements and when you use this website. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Your legal rights as a consumer are not reduced by anything here.

About us

This website is run by AME NeoLife Supplements, the trading name of Nishit Kotak, a sole trader, of 20 Grove Avenue, Pinner HA5 5NU, United Kingdom. We are not registered for VAT.

You can contact us by email at info@attraction-marketing-expert.co.uk or by phone on +44 7488 879555. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address or phone number you gave us with your order.

We are an independent NeoLife distributor. We are not NeoLife International, and NeoLife, Nutriance, Golden and the product names are trademarks of their owners.

Our products

• Our food supplements are foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Always read the label before use and do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount. Each product page lists ingredients and allergens; the label on the product you receive is the definitive version.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition, or are buying for a child, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may change from time to time, but the product itself will match its description.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Ordering

• You must be 18 or over to place an order.
• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. That email does not mean we have accepted your order.
• The contract between us is formed when we email you to say your order has been dispatched.
• We may decline an order — for example if a product is unavailable, if there has been an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.
• We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• You can pay by credit or debit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal or Klarna. Payment is taken when you place your order. If you choose Klarna, its own terms also apply to the payment arrangement.
• If we discover that a price was wrong when you ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

• UK delivery is a flat £10, and free on orders over £150.
• Orders usually arrive within about three working days. This is a typical time, not a guarantee. If we know an order will be late, we will tell you.
• Orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered by DPD.
• The products are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us, or collected by you.
• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, tell us and we will find out what has happened and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you.

Offers

• Free delivery and a free Shaker: orders over £150 get free UK delivery and one free NeoLife Shaker.
• Multi-buy: buy 2 of the same product and get 5% off each; buy 3 or more of the same product and get 10% off each. Multi-buy applies to one-off purchases only, not to value bundles or items already reduced, and it does not combine with Subscribe & save.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.

• To cancel, email us with your order number before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to send the products back. Please contact us before posting anything, and we will give you the return address.
• Food supplements and cosmetics are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once the seal has been broken after delivery, they cannot be returned for a change of mind (unless faulty).
• Other items, such as cleaning products, bottles and accessories, can be returned in the same way; if they have been used beyond what is needed to check them, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
• You can tell us by email or by using the model cancellation form on our returns page.
• If you are returning products because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending them back.
• We will refund the price of the products and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back (or of you showing us proof of postage, if earlier), to your original payment method.

If something is faulty, damaged or wrong

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. In summary:

• within 30 days of delivery you can reject the goods and get a full refund;
• after that, you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not work, a refund or a price reduction.

Tell us as soon as you can. We will cover the return postage and put things right. These rights are in addition to anything else in these terms. For more on your rights, see Citizens Advice.

Our responsibility to you

• If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made.
• We supply products for domestic and private use only. We are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption, or supply problems at NeoLife. If one happens, we will tell you, keep any delay as short as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet delivered.

Using this website

• The text, design and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission, including NeoLife’s product images. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but not copy them for commercial use.
• You are welcome to link to our website, as long as you do so fairly and lawfully and do not suggest any connection or endorsement that does not exist.
• You must not misuse the site — for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, or using automated tools to copy or overload it.
• We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Links to other websites are provided for information; we are not responsible for their content.

Reviews and content you send us

If you leave a review, it must be your own honest opinion of a product you have bought. We do not offer anything in exchange for reviews, and we never ask for good ones. We may decline to publish, or remove, reviews that are offensive, unlawful, misleading or not about the product. How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Complaints and disputes

• If you are unhappy, please contact us first. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve complaints within five working days.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in the courts of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
