Soft

A concentrated fabric softener from the Golden home-care range that leaves clothes soft, easier to iron and fresh, and helps prevent static. Added to the final rinse. Product code 42.

A little — 1 capful concentrated for a 3–4 kg machine load, 2 capfuls for 5–6 kg (or three/six capfuls if diluted 1:2). For hand wash, 1 capful concentrated (or 3 capfuls if diluted 1:2) per 10 litres of water. Use only in the last rinse.

Yes — put a few drops in a 0.5 litre spray bottle, top up with water, and mist lightly on carpet; do not soak it. Several light sprays work best.

It contains preservatives (methylchloroisothiazolinone / methylisothiazolinone) and fragrance allergens. If you have sensitive skin, handle with care and keep it off the skin. Keep out of reach of children.

Because it is a different product sold a different way, and because we are not trying to be the cheapest. NeoLife products reach you through independent distributors rather than a supermarket shelf, which is a more expensive route. What we will not tell you is that a cheaper alternative does nothing. We could not prove that, so we do not say it. If price is the deciding factor, buy the cheaper one — that is a perfectly sensible thing to do. For what it is worth, this pack (1 litre) works out at £21.50 per litre.

UK delivery is a flat £10.00, and it is free — with a free NeoLife Shaker — on orders over £150. We ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from the UK by DPD and usually arrive in about three working days; if anything is delayed we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Sealed items such as food supplements and cosmetics can only be returned for a change of mind if the seal is unbroken. Email us first and we will tell you where to send it; we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. If something arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, that is on us — we will replace or refund it, including the postage.

Yes. We are an official NeoLife distributor and everything on this site comes through NeoLife’s own supply chain — not a marketplace reseller, and not parallel imports.

We genuinely cannot tell you that, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Food supplements are not medicines and nothing on this site is medical advice. They are also not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you take prescribed medication, or something about your health is worrying you, speak to your GP or pharmacist before adding anything new.
