Inner wellbeing is a short shelf of four everyday products that customers often browse together when they want a calm, simple routine built around food-based ingredients: a zinc tablet, a garlic and onion tablet, an aloe vera drink and a live-bacteria capsule. It suits someone who would rather add one well-understood product at a time than start several at once.
What’s in the Inner wellbeing range?
- Acidophilus Plus – five strains of live bacteria, 5 billion per capsule at manufacture, one a day; 60 capsules, a two-month supply. Contains milk; not vegan.1
- Aloe Vera Plus – one litre of ready-to-drink aloe vera made with 40% aloe vera gel; aloin-free and sweetened with fructose.
- Chelated Zinc – 15 mg of zinc per tablet (150% NRV), chelated with glycine and methionine; one tablet a day.1
- Garlic Allium Complex – garlic with onion, leek, chives and rosemary, standardised to 4,200 mcg allicin; 60 tablets, two a day.1
Which is the easiest to start with?
The once-a-day products are the simplest to build in: Acidophilus Plus is one capsule and Chelated Zinc is one tablet. Choose one, attach it to a meal you never miss, and give it a month before adding anything else.
Is Acidophilus Plus suitable for vegans?
No. Acidophilus Plus contains milk and is not vegan. The short descriptions for the other three do not state their vegan status, so check the full ingredient list on each product page. If you take prescribed medication, ask your pharmacist before adding any of these to your day.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
