What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Email us first and we will tell you where to send it; we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. If something arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, that is on us — we will replace or refund it, including the postage.
