This one is a lighter witch-hazel formula for combination to oily skin; the Ultra Moisturising Cream is richer, on a cornflower-water base, for dry to normal skin.

Yes — it contains wheat-derived (cetearyl wheat straw glycosides) and soybean (soya) oil ingredients. Take that into account if you have a wheat or soya allergy. It also contains fragrance (limonene, linalool); patch test if your skin is reactive.

If something arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, that is on us — we will replace or refund it, including the postage.
